今天天气怎么样？ is a very common way of asking “how’s the weather today?”.

小明：今天天气很晴朗。

小明：好，那我们一起去！

小刚：What’s the weather like today?
小明：Today’s weather is fine.
小刚：Then let’s go play football. It’s been a long time since we did that.
